Property Manager

At JLL, we're looking for a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our client's properties. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of property management, including facilities maintenance, budgeting, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records of property information, including asset registers and maintenance schedules.
- Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control strategies to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Degree in a relevant field, such as property management, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in property management, including experience with budgeting, vendor management, and facilities maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
