We are seeking a seasoned Scaffolding Coordinator to oversee the strategic deployment of scaffolding operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless scaffolding activities, encompassing thorough inspections, meticulous maintenance, and timely registration. Your extensive knowledge of various scaffolding types, materials, and erection procedures will be pivotal in driving operational excellence.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Field with similar expertise
• A deep understanding of scaffolding scope of work and document management for progress tracking
• Proficiency in diverse scaffolding types and materials
• Primary responsibility for scaffold inspection, upkeep, and registration
• Conduct thorough inspections before each work period or where altered, adjusted, or exposed to rain or heavy winds
• Responsible for implementing the tagging system
• Inspect the area where the scaffold is to be positioned and assign competent personnel for maintenance tasks
• Evaluate and ensure HSE Risk Assessments and toolbox discussions prior to high-risk work involving working at heights
• Collaborate with TPI Inspectors for certification and recommend improvements as required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
