Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to join Vizmo. This person will play a key role in shaping our brand presence through high-quality photography, videography, and social media management, with a particular focus on Instagram. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging content and growing brand visibility in the B2B workplace management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality photographs and videos that align with the brand's vision and goals.
  • Edit photos and videos to ensure they are visually appealing and suitable for multiple platforms.
  • Plan, create, and manage content for Vizmo's Instagram page, including posts, stories, and reels.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and overall brand presence.
  • Monitor trends on Instagram and suggest innovative content ideas to build a strong online presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all visual and social content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, making data-driven decisions for content improvements.
  • Visit the office daily to capture on-site activities, ensuring real-time content creation.
  • Capture photos and videos of all conferences, events, and key happenings related to Vizmo.
  • Stay updated with the latest tools, platforms, and best practices in photography, video editing, and social media marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing software.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram's platform, trends, and tools, especially in growing brand awareness.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate business goals into visually appealing content.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to visit the office on a daily basis and cover all major events and conferences.
  • Knowledge of the B2B industry and an understanding of branding in the workplace management space is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with other social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and SEO for social media.
