Job Title:

  • • Define the data architecture and warehousing strategy for an organization in the HR and Identity Management space.

  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data models that meet those requirements.

  • • Develop and maintain relational and dimensional models using normalization and denormalization techniques.

  • • Design and implement data warehouses and ETL processes using modern cloud databases such as Snowflake, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and Redshift.

  • • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data modeling, warehousing, and governance.

Requirements:

  • • 15+ years of experience in data modeling and architecture, primarily within SaaS, HR Tech, and IAM domains.

  • • Proficient in relational and dimensional modeling using tools like ER/Studio, ERwin, Lucidchart, and dbt.

  • • Added expertise in event-driven architectures, NoSQL, and graph databases.

  • • Certified in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data management best practices.
