Job Title: Sr Manager Analytics

This role is perfect for experienced professionals who have a strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of advanced analytics solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as deep learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Machine Learning/DL Experience: 8+ years of experience in developing and implementing ML/DL solutions.
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background with a focus on production projects.
  • Python Proficiency: Proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
  • NLP Libraries: Familiarity with NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, Huggingface Transformers).
  • Generative AI Models: Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (Azure or AWS).
  • API Endpoints: Proficiency in exposing solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks (FastAPI).
  • Development Tools: Experience with development tools (Git, Version Control).
  • Docker and Kubernetes: Experience deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • MLOps Tools: Familiarity with MLOps tools (Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow) to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking.

Additional requirements include a strong understanding of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing, along with robust problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
