Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic professional to drive offline brand experience and marketing efforts.

This role focuses on ensuring consistent branding across all offline touchpoints, from bus branding to lounges, hoardings, and on-ground marketing activations.

Key Responsibilities:Branding Standardization & Implementation
  • Define and maintain brand consistency across buses, lounges, uniforms, and other offline assets.
  • Develop branding guidelines for offline touchpoints and ensure compliance across all assets.
  • Closely work with vendors to execute bus branding, uniforms, and physical branding assets while ensuring high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to enforce branding across buses and maintain execution consistency.
  • Implement visibility mechanisms to track branding effectiveness and standardization.
Vendor & Operations Coordination
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for printing, uniform manufacturing, and branding execution.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure timely and proper implementation of branding across locations.
  • Regularly audit and assess branding quality and maintenance in buses and physical locations.
Offline Marketing & Activations
  • Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives including hoardings, transit branding, bus stop branding, and agent activations.
  • Identify and execute on-ground branding opportunities to enhance presence across cities.
  • Work on innovative branding activations at high-footfall locations such as terminals and bus lounges.
  • Track marketing effectiveness of offline campaigns and optimize for better engagement and ROI.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in brand activation, offline marketing, vendor management, or retail branding.
  • Strong understanding of offline branding execution, vendor coordination, and operations alignment.
  • Experience in on-ground activations, branding audits, and visibility tracking mechanisms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills for vendor coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for brand consistency and execution excellence.
