Job Title:

Maintenance Manager

  • A senior maintenance professional with exceptional leadership skills to manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team responsible for maintaining industrial equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Indigenize imported spare parts by sourcing local suppliers to reduce costs and delivery times without compromising quality.
  • Lead projects to upgrade, modify, and optimize machines, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Foster a culture of safety within the organization by contributing to Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) programs and ensuring compliance with Permits to Work (PTW).
  • Coordinate with production, quality control, and technical teams on capital expenditure requirements and develop capital budgets.
  • Source, install, and commission various equipment and facilities while adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Manage energy consumption to reduce carbon footprint by exploring renewable energy sources and developing vendor relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal relationships.
  • Good understanding of industrial relations and labor legislation.
  • Project management and scheduling skills.
