Senior Interior Designer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer to fill this key position in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial furniture and interior design solutions, with a proven track record in sales and excellent client relationship management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, convert prospects into clients within the furniture and interior design sectors.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and commercial real estate professionals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets, expand our customer base, and maximize market share.
  • Negotiations and Deal Closures: Conduct negotiations with clients, prepare proposals and contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project timelines, and deliverables.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline status.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

A minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience in furniture, interiors, or a related industry is required.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
