About This Role

We are seeking an experienced banking professional to join our team as a Priority Banking Relationship Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our high net worth individuals and delivering results-driven solutions that meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of priority clients, building strong relationships through personalized service and tailored financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless banking experiences, addressing client queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth and development, implementing strategies to increase revenue and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Finacle, Sieble, and MF Web.
