Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Security Consultant to fill this key role.

The primary responsibility of the Finance Systems Functional Consultant is to manage application security and work closely with managed service partners.

The scope includes application releases, security improvements, and working on projects and programs.

This individual will be a crucial member of ERP operations and collaborate with Internal/external Audit, Information Security, and ERP security teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement appropriate role and access-based security within Oracle Fusion, SAP, and Zuora.
  • Manage Role Definitions and their applications in the system.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
  • Implement and manage a role access management tool.
  • Develop and maintain system architecture documentation and best practices.
  • Monitor license usage for Oracle Fusion.
  • Work with Audit and Controls teams to implement role access policy and manage access audits.
  • Manage production and program environments for Oracle Fusion and Zuora regarding access requests and environment refreshes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of finance systems with other business applications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in finance systems and technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in implementing role and access security within Oracle Fusion.
  • Deep understanding of Role Definitions and Functionality/Data Sets.
  • Experience in testing solutions in System and Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Global/multi-country implementation experience.
  • Loading users and roles via HDL.
  • Working knowledge of BI and Report security.
  • Singles Sign-On (SSO) implementation experience.
  • Oracle instance management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
