Job Summary: As a Product Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping product strategies with data-driven insights. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Campaign Managers to deliver actionable insights that drive product innovation and improve campaign outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets from multiple sources (MMPs, DSPs, and SSPs) to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve product features and campaign performance.
  • Evaluate and optimize attribution methodologies (deterministic and probabilistic) across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to ensure accurate and efficient tracking mechanisms.
  • Work with MMPs to understand attribution data and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, such as ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Develop models and dashboards to predict campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Take ownership of the technical integration process between clients, product, and engineering teams to facilitate campaign launches and ensure ongoing maintenance.
  • Analyze supply-side data to identify high-performing inventory sources.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance supply efficiency and quality for better campaign outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define KPIs and success metrics for new features.
  • Work with Engineering teams to ensure data pipelines and tracking systems are robust and scalable.
  • Support the Sales and Marketing teams with data insights to drive customer success stories.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis within the AdTech or digital advertising industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and modeling.
  • Familiarity with Linux, UNIX is preferred.
  • Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Deep understanding of AdTech concepts, including attribution models, tracking parameters, and programmatic advertising.
  • Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar) and campaign management platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud platforms (e.g., BigQuery, AWS, or GCP).

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with Looker for creating dashboards and visualizing supply and campaign data.
  • Prior experience in programmatic ad buying, app retargeting, or supply-side analysis.
