We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Representative to play a key role in our immigration services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, providing them with essential information regarding immigration processes, and guiding them through initial steps of visa and immigration services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients based on provided leads, offering information on immigration and visa services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through effective communication and persuasive speaking.
  • Client Consultation: Provide detailed information to clients regarding immigration processes, required documentation, and available services.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Set up consultations with immigration specialists and maintain follow-up calls for interested clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the database with new leads and follow-ups.
  • Handling Inquiries: Answer incoming calls, address questions, and respond to emails related to visa and immigration services.
  • Follow-up: Consistently follow up with potential leads and clients who have shown interest but have not yet engaged in services.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and provide insights to help improve service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
