Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of implementation and upgrade projects for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of Dynamics 365/SAP platform and lifecycle functionality, including finance and operations, supply chain management, manufacturing, procurement, sales, and customer service modules.

  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and establish milestones and timelines.
  2. Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for implementations or enhancements, ensuring alignment between business requirements and system functionality.
  3. Facilitate requirement gathering, solution design workshops, testing, and go-live planning with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience in managing complex projects, preferably with pharmaceutical industry experience and GxP validation/regulatory knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success and foster collaborative relationships.
