Job OverviewThis position reports directly to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
- Manage bank guarantees, reconcile accounts, and perform other accounting-related tasks;
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations;
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Provide support for audits, including preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries;
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis;
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
