We are seeking an experienced fashion designer to lead our westernwear clothing division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and stylish designs that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Trend Forecasting: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and forecast future directions to inform our design process.
  • Collection Development: Develop and curate collections that reflect the essence of our brand while appealing to our target audience.
  • Order Execution: Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of orders, meeting quality and delivery standards.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide design solutions, and build strong relationships.
  • Exhibition Participation: Represent our brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events to showcase our designs and build networks.
  • Store Onboarding: Assist in setting up stores, ensuring they are equipped to effectively display and sell our products.
  • Costing: Conduct thorough costing analyses to maintain profitability and competitiveness.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with pattern makers, tailors, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Fashion Design or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
