Job Title: SAP Cloud Architect Advisor

This is a high-level role within our organization, focusing on providing expertise in planning, designing and guiding customers through their SAP landscapes.

The successful candidate will work closely with the SAP presales team to understand customer requirements and create to-be architecture/design based on customer selection.

  • Key responsibilities include collaborating with customer leaders and technical teams to discuss landscape architecture and presenting assessments to stakeholders.
  • No hands-on work is involved in this architect role, however, it requires strong customer-facing skills including joining meetings and answering technical queries.

Career progression in this role involves learning new technologies on SAP products such as S/4HANA, HANA Database, MDG and SaaS Products. Access to all internal training and learning materials is provided for knowledge gain in the latest technologies.

Exposure to various build architectures in one position will be valuable and useful in the future.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Technical Architect, the following roles and responsibilities are required:

  • Bill Of Material Review & Analysis: Review technical accuracy of Bill Of Material to validate that no obsolete version product is selected.
  • Technical Validation: Do technical validation of customer landscape to validate product version build viability.
  • Early Watch Reports & Technical Data: Analyze Early Watch Reports & Technical Data to validate hardware selection/sizing.
  • Customer Deal Support: Prepare technical assessments, conduct workshops, and answer customer questions.
