Visual Communications Specialist

At our organization, we're seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating engaging graphics for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality visuals for social media, websites, emailers, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create brand collaterals such as logos, brochures, banners, ads, and other creative assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visuals with messaging and ensure cohesive branding.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Adapt designs based on feedback and optimize for different platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency or in-house).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
