At Dovelp, we're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Assistant to help us manage and execute our social media activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and their features, as well as the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation: Assist in developing and implementing a content strategy across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  2. Scheduling and Publishing: Help schedule and publish posts using social media management tools, ensuring optimal timing for maximum reach and engagement.
  3. Monitoring and Engagement: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly to user inquiries and engaging with followers to build a positive online community.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and reach, to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  5. Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in social media marketing, providing insights and recommendations for improving our social media strategy.
  6. Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.
  7. Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest trends, features, and changes on social media platforms, exploring new tools and techniques to enhance our online presence.

Requirements:

  1. Strong Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for crafting engaging social media posts and interacting with followers.
  2. Creativity: The ability to come up with creative and visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.
  3. Familiarity with Social Media Platforms: A good understanding of major social media platforms, their features, and best practices for each.
  4. Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark to create simple graphics and visual content.
  5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and suggest improvements.
  6. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in scheduling and publishing posts, as well as in responding to user comments and messages.
  7. Time Management: Effective organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to new changes and trends in social media marketing.
  9. Enthusiasm for Digital Marketing: An interest in digital marketing, social media strategy, and the broader online landscape.
