Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our cybersecurity and privacy programs, ensuring the development and execution of effective strategies across our organization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product security with customer expectations, while supporting growth and managing supply chain risk. Your expertise in analyzing market data and customer feedback will be crucial in driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, particularly in smart buildings or operational technologies, and strong communication skills to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences.

  • Cybersecurity Risk Management: Lead projects addressing customer cybersecurity and privacy requirements, and work with sales, product development, product security, and IT security teams to align strategies.
  • Tech Marketing Expertise: Develop and maintain customer-facing materials, capture and analyze market data and customer feedback, and report regularly to leadership on our cybersecurity standing and initiatives.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent project management skills, preferably in agile environments, and experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can connect customer security needs with product capabilities and strategic messaging, creating compelling content for technical marketing and customer education.
