Machine Learning Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Team Lead to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI/ML solutions across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of ML engineers & data scientists.
  • Architect, develop, and deploy ML/AI models into production-ready systems.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on the latest in ML, DL, and LLM advancements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in ML/Data Science, with 2+ years in leadership.
  • Proven expertise in multiple ML domains (CV, NLP, LLMs, regression, classification, time series, geospatial AI).
  • Strong skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and MLOps tools.
  • Experience integrating ML into real-world products.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, Detectron2, or OpenCV.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Kubernetes/Airflow.
  • Contributions to research or open-source projects.
