About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle for our luxury watch brand. This involves researching new product ideas, overseeing product roadmaps, coordinating with suppliers worldwide, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our logistics and retail teams.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for working in a luxury brand environment, who can manage product timelines with clarity, and work independently with a small, dedicated team.

Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate closely with domestic and international supply partners to manage production timelines, resolve technical issues, and ensure all components meet our design specifications and internal quality standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication between the design, logistics, and customer experience teams to keep all stakeholders updated on product timelines, milestones, and readiness for the market.
  • Logistics and Retail Coordination: Ensure products are fully prepared and on schedule for release to logistics and retail, supporting the smooth transition from sample and pre-production to market readiness.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of work experience (in watches, fashion, or apparel).
  • Merchandising, sourcing, and production experience.
  • NIFT, Design, or Technical Background is an advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a small team.
