We are looking for individuals who can help us innovate in our industry. Our team provides services across the construction value chain – Architects, Design Firms, Modular Construction companies, General Contractors, and Trade Contractors.

Job Description

  • Develop scalable and efficient software solutions using React, Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
  • Design and implement robust data structures, algorithms, and architecture to meet business requirements.
  • Work on API design, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Pursue continuous learning and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in AI, IoT, and Construction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of shipping high-quality software products.
  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns and scalability.
  • Experience with API design, database management, and cloud computing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to work in ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Curiosity for the built world, with interest in how bridges, buildings, or machines work.
