We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in overseas education and MBBS counselling.

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with students and parents, managing end-to-end admissions, and ensuring a smooth journey for students aiming to study medicine abroad.

The role involves:

Student Engagement & Counseling
  • Reaching out to prospective students via phone, email, and in-person sessions.
  • Providing detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.
  • Conducting one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals.
Application Management
  • Assisting students with applications, documentation, and submissions.
  • Coordinating with foreign universities to ensure smooth processing.
  • Keeping students updated on application status and additional requirements.
Post-Registration Support
  • Guiding students through visa applications and document preparation.
  • Conducting pre-departure orientations for students and families.
  • Resolving last-mile queries before departure.
Post-Flying Support
  • Providing check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad.
  • Acting as a liaison between students and universities.
  • Offering continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation.
Administrative Tasks
  • Maintaining student records, metrics, and reports.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve the student journey.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking ability, empathy, and a student-first approach. Prior experience in overseas education/MBBS counselling is mandatory.
