- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field; unique education or experience may be substituted.
- 10+ years of expertise in Dell Isilon/PowerScale, including best practices.
- 5+ years of experience with Dell Unity.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery and data replication technologies, including Isilon/PowerScale SnapshotIQ and SyncIQ, and Unity Snapshots and file replication.
- Block and file migration experience, including Powerpath migration enabler, Open Replicator, EMCopy, RoboCopy, DataDobi.
- Experience with administration of enterprise and departmental switching technologies, including Cisco and Brocade - Cisco MDS preferred.
- Proficiency in managing storage devices via CLI and management UI.
- Additional skills: strong problem-solving and communication skills, oral and written communications skills, cloud platform knowledge, and managed services or consulting experience.
