Backend Developer Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Backend Developer with expertise in MongoDB and Spring Boot API development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable APIs and backend services that support our cloud-based applications. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, as well as troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing backend services for performance and reliability.

A successful Backend Developer will have strong experience with MongoDB database design and management, proficiency in developing APIs using Spring Boot, and hands-on experience with OSS 2 platform.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and backend services using Spring Boot framework.
  • Manage MongoDB databases ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Work with OSS 2 and Apigee platforms to build and manage API gateways and integrations.
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong experience with MongoDB database design and management.
  • Proficient in developing APIs using Spring Boot.
  • Hands-on experience with OSS 2 platform.
  • Experience working with Apigee API management platform.
  • Familiarity with AWS services and cloud deployment.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles.
  • Knowledge of security standards and best practices in API development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:

  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
