Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Outbound Customer Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Customer Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to interact with them, build positive relationships, and enhance the company image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a courteous and friendly nature when interacting with customers.
  • Build strong work relationships with customers to improve the company image and public perception.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to discuss products or services and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer complaints and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales and service goals.

Requirements:

  • Age 18-35
  • Good Communication - Local Language
  • Able to read and write English & Local Language
  • Good Computer Knowledge
