Our organization is seeking a highly skilled B2B Integrator Specialist to manage and maintain our IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, including knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Helm, and Portworx. They will design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows that align with business and compliance requirements.

This role involves collaborating with development and architecture teams to implement and support transformation flows using IBM ITXA. The candidate will also operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.

Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability. The successful candidate will act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: managing incidents, coordinating response efforts, engaging cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with IBM ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud networking, hybrid cloud deployments, and storage solutions like Portworx.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or handling technical escalations in production environments.
