Job Opportunity: Technical Content Creator

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Creator to develop comprehensive content that guides our customers in successfully using our products.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong research skills, a passion for writing, and experience creating technical documentation. In this position, you will:

  • Design and create high-quality user-facing content, including concepts, tasks, reference information, and product guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and identify requirements.
  • Analyze specifications and product descriptions to recommend the best documentation approach.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products through hands-on usage and research.

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

  • A proven track record of producing high-quality, accurate, and easy-to-use technical content.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • A degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make progress with less-than-complete information.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
