Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional educator who can take on the role of Lead Educator - Curriculum Developer. This individual will be responsible for developing interactive and creative course materials, conducting learning sessions and classes, assigning homework and assessing submissions, recording student attendance, grades and performance, supervising students, and reporting progress and challenges to parents or guardians.

Salary: ₹1,20,000 - ₹1,80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
  • Strong curriculum development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
