As a Cybersecurity Expert for Industrial Systems, you will be responsible for providing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to protect our industrial control systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust security measures, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Contribute to the development of cybersecurity initiatives, technology projects, and security programs for industrial platforms
• Design and review secure network architectures and data flows for industrial control systems
• Create cybersecurity guardrails and IT engineering standards to ensure secure-by-design methodologies are applied across the enterprise
• Utilize industry standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST-800-53/82, IEC-62443) to identify capabilities and technologies for enhanced cyber defenses
• Participate in research projects, testing, and leading proof-of-concepts for new and emerging industrial technologies
• Lead or participate in cybersecurity assessments for industrial control systems designs/installations and emerging technology solutions
• Actively contribute to knowledge transfer and mentoring within the OT Cybersecurity Guild and participate in OT/IACS Cybersecurity forums
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field is preferred
• Certifications in Industrial Control Systems Cybersecurity or IT Cybersecurity are highly preferred (e.g., GISCP, GCIP, CISSP)
• Vendor-specific training on Operational Technology, IACS equipment manufacturers, and internal network systems are highly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in Operational Technology/Industrial Controls Systems Cybersecurity with increasing levels of responsibility
