Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead project teams and drive client coordination, internal team management, review of project deliverables, QA/QC oversight, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies.
  • Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and business objectives.
  • Monitor and review project leads' updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.
  • Lead the implementation and production activities of BIM while supporting project estimations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and consultants for BIM modeling, reports, and deliverables.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
  • Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts, while training team members in their usage.
  • Manage the coordination and successful delivery of international projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • A solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A passionate, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • The ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic and high-volume project environment.
  • Additional expertise in Dynamo, 5D CostX, 4D Fuzor, Civil 3D, or Infraworks is considered an advantage.
