Job Role:

We are transitioning from a legacy enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to a new, integrated solution built within Zoho One.

This role requires both technical capability and practical business process understanding to lead the technical setup, configuration, and optimization of our new ERP environment in Zoho.

The specialist will work with and be supported by members of our team, who have already begun the setup process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, inventory, cylinder tracking/management, and customer management.
  • Migrate customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as appropriate to fit our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools as required.
  • Test, train, and support team members during rollout.
Requirements:
  • Proven Zoho One implementation experience, especially with Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Skilled in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Collaboration with our team over Zoom will be required.
