As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying cutting-edge web applications using Ruby on Rails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, efficient and maintainable codebases using Ruby on Rails
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and implement unit tests, integration tests and other forms of automated testing
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
  • Optimize database queries, indexing and performance tuning
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Heroku
  • Work closely with QA engineers to reproduce and fix bugs
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
  • Contribute to the development of new features and tools
