This is a senior-level role in our interior design team, responsible for leading the design development process and overseeing the execution of luxury residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership & Oversight:
    • Drive the design development process from concept to completion, ensuring all design deliverables meet Isprava's luxury brand standards.
    • Maintain an active presence on sites to oversee finishing and detailing, guaranteeing flawless delivery and snag-free handovers.

  • Consultant & Team Management:
    • Build and mentor a high-performing team of designers, providing structured guidance and review to ensure excellent design quality and functionality.
    • Foster strong relationships with world-class interior design consultants to secure top talent and deliver exceptional results.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with sales teams to translate client aspirations into feasible design solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
    • Partner with architectural, construction, and finishing teams to ensure on-ground execution matches design intent, timelines, and budgets.

  • Commercial Awareness & Value Engineering:
    • Balance creativity with commercial sensibility to optimize designs for cost without compromising luxury experience or quality.
    • Review BOQs, indents, and vendor submissions to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and design alignment.

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in luxury residential or hospitality interiors.
  • Proven success in managing external consultants and internal design teams to deliver high-quality, bespoke interiors.
