Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst

About the Position:
We are seeking a dynamic commercial real estate analyst with a strong accounting and finance background, including expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and analysis.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hospitality real estate and a deep understanding of P&L, REVPAR, ADR, and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine Excel-based pro forma models to support decision-making
- Underwrite new deals across various CRE assets, ensuring strong financial validation
- Analyze rent rolls, operating memoranda, T12s, and market comps to derive meaningful insights
- Monitor performance, compile reports, and drive asset management strategies
- Prepare investment memos, investor updates, and performance dashboards using strong written English
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in CRE underwriting/investment analysis (preferably in the Hospitality sector)
- Strong accounting and finance foundation, including financial statements, financial modeling, and budgeting
- Prior experience in hospitality real estate with a clear grasp of key metrics (P&L, REVPAR, ADR, occupancy)
- Proven ability in monitoring asset performance and compiling reports that drive strategic decisions
- Exceptional written English skills for crafting nuanced, investor-focused updates and communications
- Demonstrated ability to adapt strategies for evolving market conditions
Bonus: Familiarity with ARGUS, REFM is an advantage.
