Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Leader to drive business growth and lead a high-performing team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating home loan and LAP leads from various channels and building a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate home loan and LAP leads from open market and through different channels.
• Built and lead a team of experienced Relationship Managers to drive business outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in team/DSA handling with a proven track record of sales success.
