Electrical Engineering Specialist

This challenging role requires a skilled Electrical Engineering Specialist to design and deliver technical solutions focusing on electrical and control system design, PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, network, and telemetry system configuration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering with proficiency in PLC, SCADA, HMI programming, and commissioning.

  • Apply engineering concepts, practices, and theories to design technical solutions that meet the requirements and scope of the project.
  • Design and deliver technical solutions that meet the requirements and scope of the project, ensuring cost management to deliver the project within budget constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, escalating high-risk items to management as needed.
  • Meet milestones and time constraints of proposals, maintaining an up-to-date schedule with milestones, work breakdown structure, and tasks.
  • Manage changes to scope and project outcomes, raising cost variations for customer approval.
  • Ensure professional engineering design and task management in accordance with project requirements and company quality standards.
  • Manage customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and actively participate in the sales process and development of project bids.
  • Clearly communicate project objectives, progress, and changes to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in electrical and control systems engineering.
  • Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, HMI programming, and commissioning, particularly with Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, or similar systems.
