Visual Content Creator

This is a full-time on-site position for a Graphic Designer, located in Pune.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing graphics, developing branding materials, creating web designs, and designing logos.
You will craft the visual identity of Orison through engaging graphics, social media creatives, and short videos.
The designer will work closely with the team to bring creative ideas to life through visual content, ensuring consistency in branding across all platforms.
- Design graphics for web, brochures, presentations, and events.
- Create short videos and reels showcasing workshops & student journeys.
- Support brand storytelling with visual content.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or Canva.
- Experience in both static and motion design.
- Strong creative sense + ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
