Job Title: 3D Visualizer

We are seeking an experienced 3D Visualizer to join our team and contribute to the creation of stunning visualizations for interior, exterior, and product design projects.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to develop creative concepts and refine designs using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, Vray, Lumion, and Coohom.
  • Create high-quality 2D layouts and technical drawings for various projects.
  • Presentation of mood boards and 3D visualizations to clients and internal teams.
  • Evaluate accuracy in design outputs, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, rendering techniques, and software advancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a 3D Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD (2D), Enscape, 3ds max, Lumion, and Coohom Software.
  • Strong visualization skills with attention to detail, lighting, textures, and materials.
  • Good understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
