Exceptional Software Assurance Specialist

At the heart of every exceptional software application lies a meticulous and analytical Quality Assurance Specialist. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of software testing methodologies, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform thorough manual and automated testing to guarantee software quality and integrity.
- Conduct extensive database testing, including writing and executing SQL queries to validate data consistency and accuracy.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues using specialized tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define test scenarios that meet business needs.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and guidelines for software development and testing.
- Analyze test results and provide clear, detailed reports on software performance and issues to inform decision-making.
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in software testing (Freshers with strong knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Hands-on experience in manual testing, automation testing using tools like Selenium or Cypress, and database testing using SQL.
- Proficiency with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
