The Position

We seek an ambitious Staff IT Audit Consultant proficient in SSAE 21 (SOC Reporting) and AICPA standards. As part of our team, you will work closely with Senior IT Audit Consultants and contribute to strategic engagements, reporting directly to the Manager or Executive Director.

Responsibilities

You will be instrumental in driving the firm's image and service level by:

  • Participating in planning activities to identify client needs and service opportunities.
  • Leading growth and service delivery (planning, execution, and reporting) of engagements, working closely with supervisors and clients to coordinate efforts.
  • Designing and executing high-quality, integrated, and efficient audit procedures.
  • Assisting in building audit methodology, working paper guidelines, quality review standards, and communication protocols.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree and minimum two years of related work experience or a graduate degree and approximately one to two years of related work experience.
  • A degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum one year of experience working as an auditor or risk advisor for a CA firm, a professional services firm, or financial services company.

Skill Set

Key skills include excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, project management, and attention to detail, with experience in auditing IT General Controls and Business Process Controls being advantageous.
