A flexible and adaptable mindset is essential, as you will be working on diverse projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a content strategy that resonates with our target audience
- Create engaging content across multiple platforms, including social media, blog posts, and email newsletters
- Collaborate with the founding team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign success and inform future marketing strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field
- Excellent first principle problem-solving skills
- Excellent Hindi communication & stakeholder management skills
- Flexible and adaptable - open to diverse problem statements
