About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Fresher or recent graduate with an ITI background to develop their skills in customer service, material management, and upselling. You will work closely with experienced technicians to gain expertise in fiber installation, crimping, connecterization, splicing, and cabling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with our premise connect team to provide JioFiber Airfiber services.
2. Gain job exposure with experienced technicians in fiber installation.
3. Develop expertise in customer service, material management, and upselling.
4. Gain expertise in areas of crimping and connecterization.
5. Gain expertise in areas of splicing and cabling.
6. Learn industry-best safety procedures and processes.
7. Gain expertise through classroom and on-the-job learning.

Education and Experience Requirements:

We require candidates who have completed ITI and have no prior experience.
