Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Management Professional to oversee the day-to-day activities of our organization.

This role involves managing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic planning, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote digital platforms and communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Drive adoption by providing training and supporting clients without the App.
  • Engage daily with food partners to update menu items, coordinate with the tech team, and ensure timely notifications and banner displays.
  • Conduct regular cafe checks, perform hourly governance checks, and address issues while reporting incidents to the manager.
  • Foster a positive work culture and ensure timely service.
  • Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements for displays, counters, and service areas.
  • Inspect work areas during and after use, ensuring proper waste disposal and maintaining HSE records.
Requirements

The successful candidate will be a graduate with strong communication skills, technical knowledge, self-motivation, and honesty. A preference for holding a minimum craft course certification in Hospitality is desired.

The candidate will work six days a week.
