Senior Xactly Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Consultant to lead full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics. This role requires collaboration with client stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.

  • Lead discovery sessions to define business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs and ensure seamless integration.
  • Manage the implementation lifecycle from design to deployment, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop data mapping and transformation processes to drive business insights.
  • Create and run test cases, providing post-go-live support and optimizing system performance.
  • Mentor junior consultants, contributing to internal training and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design principles.
  • Client-facing experience with a focus on project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ETL/data transformation expertise is highly valued.
  • A strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills are essential for success.
