We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to lead our core team in building cutting-edge technologies. This is an exceptional chance for a professional to grow and contribute to the advancement of machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, deploy and manage generative AI models using innovative techniques like RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches.
  • Customize pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks and domains, ensuring optimal performance and capabilities.
  • Conduct research on new methods for enhancing the performance and capabilities of generative AI models, staying updated with the latest advancements in this field.
  • Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to machine learning/genAI pipelines, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • Evaluate and analyze the performance of ML/genAI models, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and deployment of proof-of-concept Generative AI systems, delivering business value and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in generative AI or related fields, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring their performance, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in popular libraries and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models, including attention mechanisms and sequence-to-sequence architectures.
  • Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and Linux for managing servers, containers, and cloud-based ecosystems.
  • Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS ML/GenAI services, ensuring scalable and secure deployments.
  • Exposure to ML/GenAI frameworks and tools, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
