Residential Interior Design Expert

We are seeking a skilled and creative Residential Interior Design Expert to join our team. As an integral part of our design process, you will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, developing bespoke interior solutions that reflect their unique style and needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to design residential interiors, ensuring a seamless integration of aesthetics and functionality. This involves space planning, selecting materials, and overseeing project execution to ensure design integrity and quality.

  • Space Planning: Create functional and efficient layouts for residential spaces, taking into account the client's lifestyle and requirements.
  • Interior Design: Develop stunning and cohesive interior designs that incorporate the client's preferred style, color palette, and furniture choices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, provide expert advice, and deliver exceptional results.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design residential interiors, including space planning, material selection, and project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop construction drawings and specifications.
  • Manage FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) procurement and installation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential interior design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
