Visual Creative Specialist Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Visual Creative Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design fundamentals and attention to detail. They should be able to adapt master creatives across various formats and platforms while maintaining brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transform master creatives into performance-friendly formats for digital advertising campaigns.
  • Evaluate correct specifications, resolutions, and formats for each platform.
  • Create high-quality adaptations for Point of Sale Materials (POSMs), including standees, danglers, posters, shelf strips, etc.
  • Design and adapt packaging artworks and labels while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Develop final artwork files for print collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, and hoardings.
  • Prepare print-ready files with accurate die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles.
  • Perform basic image correction and color balancing when required.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
  • Familiarity with basic pre-press processes and print production.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in a design or creative agency, or in-house brand team.
