Key Initiatives Director

We are seeking an experienced executive to spearhead the integration of GenAI/LLM solutions into our enterprise systems. This role requires a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in delivering high-impact projects from ideation to production.

This is not a strategy or support position - we need someone who can lead cross-functional teams and drive end-to-end execution of complex initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise program management, preferably in ERP, supply chain, master data, or data platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering at least one GenAI/LLM solution into production in an enterprise setting.
  • A deep understanding of GenAI system architecture, including RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, Langchain, or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience working across business, data, engineering, and platform teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and governance skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of GenAI/LLM initiatives, ensuring live deployment, and managing large-scale application portfolios across functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver GenAI/LLM initiatives, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategies for integrating AI into core business platforms.
  • Manage large-scale application portfolios (SAP, Oracle, Azure Data Lakes, MDM, etc.) across functions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and architecture teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
  • Oversee stakeholder governance, change enablement, and enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Ensure all GenAI solutions are production-grade, secure, and scalable.
