Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled professionals with strong leadership abilities to support clients in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, audit, and maintain complex financial models for various asset classes, including operating and non-operating cash flow modeling, levered and debt cash flow, JV & waterfall analysis.
  2. Create Argus valuation models (single property and portfolio), lease abstracting, review, and audit, performing cash flow and rent roll analysis.
  3. Conduct valuations for commercial real estate properties using income capitalization approach (DCF & direct capitalization), sales comparison approach, and cost approach.
  4. Model REIT income statements and balance sheets, understanding revolver, interest expense, and circularity, model future development, FFO & CAD, build and audit REIT valuation and NAV models.
  5. Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, industry studies, company profiles, discussion documents related to various industries.
  6. Conduct M&A deal run and target screenings using databases including Greenstreet, RCA, Argus, Costar, Capital IQ, PitchBook, Mergermarket, FactSet.

Meet project timelines and deliverables to ensure high client satisfaction.

Conduct analysis and quality control of outgoing reports/packs.

Other activities include structuring deliverables and developing new capabilities/research products.

Demonstrate strength in client relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.

Required Background

  • Post-Graduation in Finance or equivalent qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in investment banking or commercial real estate valuation.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess economic performance/analysis of companies and industries for clients.
  • Able to work independently, possesses management/leadership skills to run research on a day-to-day basis.
  • Excellent written/spoken communication skills with client handling experience.
  • Working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Thomson Research, FactSet.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
